Order before the Thursday 18th December for Guaranteed Delivery before Christmas, any orders after this date will be processed but we cannot guaranteed delivery before.
Holiday Subscription Shipping
Over the festive period and New Year we’ll be running with a smaller team, which means we won’t be able to ship subscriptions at our usual pace.
To help you plan, here are the key dates to know:
Last subscription shipping day: 23 December
Order subscription dispatch* 29-31 December
Return to normal: 2 January
Because of this, *any subscriptions that re-trigger between 24 December and 2 January may not be fulfilled until our full team is back on 5 January. After that, we’ll work through orders as quickly as possible, prioritised by order date.
If that wait feels a little long, you can log into your account and bring your next subscription forward to ship before 23 December, or set it to land shortly after the festive period. Whatever works best for you.

Free UK Shipping Over £30
All orders with a combined total of £30.00 or over qualify for automatic free delivery to UK mainland addresses.
UK Mainland Shipping
Orders under £30 are charged a flat rate of £3.50. We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 working days. Delivery typically takes 1-3 working days via Royal Mail 48.
Next Day Delivery
For fully tracked next-day delivery, select the 24hr option at checkout (additional charges apply). Orders must be received by 1 PM Monday-Friday for same-day dispatch.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide via DHL Air Express to Europe, North America, Australia, and Japan. Delivery times range from 1-3 working days with full tracking and signature required. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply.
What if my order doesn't arrive?
If your UK order hasn't arrived after 10 working days, or your international order after 14 days, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number.
